Project Executive, Community

Cosmart.hk, is a membership platform by SCMP Hearst providing exclusive member experience including events, content, reward program and shopping benefits. It is supported by the strength of our editorial content, audience base, data and technologies from our media properties including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Harper’s BAZAAR, Esquire and ELLE Men.

Purpose of the position:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Executive will coordinate with various stakeholders and implement product strategies. This includes development and operational enhancements to improve reader and member experiences regarding content consumption, benefit participation, gift redemption, and product purchases on the Cosmart.hk and mobile app.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements for improving digital product functionalities within the community platform and CRM system.
• Formulate product feature specifications for the membership site and mobile app through collaborative efforts with internal departments.
• Provide input into UX/UI design with the development team to ensure highly functional and aesthetically pleasing products.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration, prioritizing efficient, high-caliber, and punctual project delivery.
• Assist in the configuration of marketing initiatives within the CRM and eCommerce platform.
• Resolve anomalous technical complications associated with member participation or transaction records.
• Refine and enhance product offerings utilizing data analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Develop training materials for internal users.

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

• Degree holder in any discipline with minimum 2 years of digital product management experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory
• Experience on managing eCommerce, CRM, payment gateway or related digital product for B2C or B2B is preferable
• Experience on the customisation of Shopify, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce (Magento) is an advantage
• Organised and methodical with proven project management experience, who can handle multiple simultaneous projects at various stages of completion
• Able to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills. Able to translate end-users' requirements and expectations to engineering, marketing team and external vendors effectively
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the work, a good team player, resourceful, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Candidates with more experience and/or qualification will be considered as Senior Project Executive

Work location will be located in Wong Chuk Hang.
